Are You an Adult Learner?
Adult Learner (a-dult' learn' er) n. A person who is (1) 24 years of age or older, or (2) a veteran of the armed services, or (3) active duty service member, or (4) returning to school after four or more years of employment, homemaking, or other activity, or (5) a person who assumes multiple roles such as a parent, spouse/partner, employee, and student (Penn State Commission for Adult Learners).
We realize that adult students typically have different needs than the traditional 18-23-year-old student. We are eager to offer support to meet those needs and help adult students gain a sense of belonging to the college.
Admissions office hours are available one evening per week to accommodate prospective students. Appointments are suggested but walk-ins are always welcome; please call 610-396-6060 to make your appointment or visit the admissions page.
