The classroom and laboratory building was named in honor of the college's late dean and CEO Emeritus Frederick H. Gaige, and is home to the college's Business; Engineering; Information Sciences and Technology; and Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management programs. It is the largest academic facility at Penn State Berks and was awarded the prestigious LEED gold level certification as a "green" facility.
