Camp Shakespeare: Theatre Camp

Camp Shakespeare: Theatre Camp

Camp Shakespeare is a one week, full day theatre experience open to students entering 5th through 12th grade.

Students will learn how to read and analyze a play and Shakespeare's text, understand scene interpretation individually and with partners, learn character language and movement, and incorporate props, clothing and furniture into performance scenes all through fun, hands-on games and activities. The focus of the workshops will be on performing; learning by DOING! The week will culminate with a live performance where campers are encouraged to invite family and friends.
