Penn State Clinical & Translational Science Institute (CTSI) and Penn State Berks hosted the Berks County Community-Driven Research Day on May 14, 2025. Community-engaged research creates better results by encouraging collaboration between researchers and community partners throughout the research process. The event's facilitated discussions provided Berks County community leaders the opportunity to connect with Berks County health leaders and providers and Penn State faculty from Berks, University Park, Harrisburg, and Hershey campuses who share similar community health interests. The goal of this event is to provide a foundation for future community-engaged research partnerships, which will benefit the Berks County community.
