Contributors*

Keenan Allen is a student at the University of Idaho. He studies engineering and plans to follow a career in this field.

Chris Bremer graduated from the University of Idaho in May 2014 with a BS in Business Management & Human Resources. Chris began his HR career the Monday following graduation with FMI-EPS, LLC an Expanded Polystyrene Manufacturer and FMI Transportation, LLC a transportation/brokerage company. He is currently involved in recruiting and hiring employees. Chris has also been designing and implementing employee policies, training programs, incentive systems, safety policies, driver responsibilities policies, and other HR practices.

Ben Chachaj is a fourth year student at Fairfield University and is on course to graduate in May 2015 with a BA in Information Systems. He hopes to pursue further contributions to the communities around him by means of technology.

Aaron Cherry was born and raised in a suburb just north of Boise, Idaho. He graduated high school in 2011 and went on to study mechanical engineering at the University of Idaho. After a year, he switched his major to information systems and operations management and is graduating in May of this year. In his free time, Aaron spends his time on the lake wakesurfing during the summer and snowboarding during the winter.

Chad Crow graduated from the University of Idaho with an engineering degree. Chad is a father and husband of a family that he adores and he is excited to pursue his future as an engineer.

Erika Davies is a student at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. She will graduate with a BA in Economics as well as a BA in Philosophy in May 2015. In the fall of 2015, she is planning to pursue a PhD in economics. Erika hopes to work for a free-market think tank. 

Christopher Deane is a student at the University of Idaho, and he will graduate with a BS in operations management and Information Systems in 2015. Christopher hopes to pursue a career in project management.

Alex Dinsmoor will graduate from The University of Pennsylvania in May 2015 with a BS in Economics. He has spent much of his undergraduate career serving the local West Philadelphia community; he is currently Co-Director of Penn Reading Initiative and a member of The Netter Center Student Advisory Board. Next year he will work as a health actuary and hopes to unite his business acumen with his passion for social impact.

Deanna Dragan is a student at Warren Wilson College and will graduate with a BA in Psychology in 2015. Deanna has been actively involved in various service projects throughout her time at Warren Wilson and she is an AmeriCorps member. She plans to attend graduate school for Clinical Psychology with a focus on older adults and issues related to aging.

Aaron Gazendam graduated from Queen's University in 2014 with a BSCH in Kinesiology. Aaron is currently attending the University of Toronto Medical School and plans to pursue a career in surgery.

Lucas Graff is a student at the University of Idaho, and will graduate with a BS in business in the spring of 2015. Lucas has been involved in several service learning projects around campus and hopes to pursue a career in operations management after graduation. 

Rebecca Hare graduated summa cum laude from Gustavus Adolphus College in June 2014 with a BA in English and a minor in Spanish. Rebecca has been involved in environmental and social justice activism for several years. Rebecca recently began a Master's program in Library and Information Science with a concentration in archives at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.

Zerin Kashem is a Premed student at CUNY Hunter College majoring in French Language and Civilization and minoring in Public Policy. She will be graduating in May 2015 with a BA. Her goal is to attend medical school and pursue a career as a physician. 

Chris Lorenz was a student at the University of Idaho, and graduated with degrees in Operations-Management and Human Resource Management. He completed college in the summer of 2014 and is currently employed by HighMark Inc. as a Business Technical Analyst.

Cynthia Maceda is an undergraduate student at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL, and will graduate with two bachelor degrees in Psychology and Secondary English Education in 2015. Cynthia hopes to pursue a career focused on social justice and urban education. 

Nicholas Magee is a student at the University of Idaho, and will graduate with a BS in Operations Management in the spring of 2015. Nicholas has been involved with many projects at the U of I. Nicholas hopes to pursue a career in logistics.

Holly Malerba graduated from The College of New Jersey in May 2014 with a BA in Sociology and Spanish. She is currently volunteering as a teacher of English as a second language for a foundation in Medellin, Colombia.

Steffi Meinhart is a student at Purdue University and will graduate with a BS in family and consumer sciences in the spring of 2016. After she graduates, she plans on teaching classes for middle and/or high school students in family and consumer sciences.

Katelyn Mershon is a student at Purdue University, and will graduate with a BS in family and consumer sciences education and a minor in English in 2015. Once she graduates, she plans to teach classes for middle and/or high school students in family and consumer sciences.

Jacob Miller is a junior at the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth where he studies Political Science and English with minors in Leadership, Civic Engagement, and Philosophy. He is an Endeavor Scholar and focuses much of his time on community service. After graduation he plans to attend graduate school and study American government.

Amanda Otto is a Business Management and Operations Management student at the University of Idaho and will be graduating in May of 2015. Amanda has been a leader in many University projects and plans to follow a career in Business and or Operations Management.

Erica Pascoal graduated from Queen's University in 2014 with a BSCH in Kinesiology. Erica is currently attending the University of Toronto Medical School and plans to pursue a career as a physician in primary care. 

Jonathan Paul is a senior at the University of Idaho and plans to graduate in May of 2015 with an engineering degree. Jonathan hopes to be a successful engineer in his future.

Lauren Reichert graduated from Eastern Washington University in June 2014 with a BA in Technical Communication and a minor in Visual Communication Design. Lauren is now pursuing her Master's in Technical Communication and Rhetoric at Texas Tech University and is expected to graduate in 2016.

Aisling Ryan graduated from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine in May 2014 with a BA in Psychology and minors in Music and Educational Studies. Aisling began researching Family Treatment Drug Courts in 2013, and continued on with Psychology and Law research through graduation. Aisling has continued her interests in community-based research as a Research Associate at Endpoint and Outcomes Research, LLC in Boston, Massachusetts, but hopes to eventually pursue a career in Psychology and Law research.

Tanner Sampson is a student at the University of Idaho, and will be graduating in May 2015 with a BS in Business Management and Human Resources. Tanner will also be receiving an academic certificate for entrepreneurship. After college Tanner will be pursuing his passion to be self-employed. He will be co-owner in a family business, Gem State Services LLC, with his brother.

Griff Shelley graduated from Eastern Washington University in June 2014 with a BA in Technical Communications and a minor in Visual Communications Design. He is currently pursuing a Master's in English Composition and Rhetoric at Auburn University with plans to teach after graduation.

Calleja Smiley is an honors student with the Dominican University of California/ Alonzo King LINES Ballet BFA program. She will graduate in 2016 with a BFA in Dance and a minor in Arts Management. She plans to pursue a professional performing career in the field of dance.

Alexander Tougas graduated cum laude from Bowdoin College in May 2014 with a BA in Government/Legal Studies and Environmental Studies. He is now a Faculty Member in History/Government and Assistant Varsity Swimming Coach at Avon Old Farms, a boarding school in Avon, CT. 

Mia Vogel attends the University of Washington where she is a Mary Gates Scholar pursuing degrees in Social Welfare and Biology and minors in Music and Diversity. She will continue her education at the University of Washington in the Advanced Standing Master of Social Work Program during the 2015-2016 academic year. Mia is dedicated to utilizing her interdisciplinary background to advance social and economic justice, especially for members of vulnerable populations, and to making a global impact through her civic engagement.

Devon Ziminski is a student at The College of New Jersey, and will graduate in spring 2015 with a BS in Marketing and a minor in Professional Writing. She is continuing her research on education reform and hopes to pursue a career in social policy or public administration.
