22-24 - Penn State Berks Family & Homecoming Weekend. Street performers, freebies, inflatables and other attractions will provide fun for the whole family! Attend the bonfire, picnic, alumni social, homecoming parade and more! 23 – Alumni Social. \ 12:00-2:00 p.m., mini tent on Perkins Lawn. “It’s not where you go, it’s who you meet along the way.” – The Wizard of Oz. So follow the road back to Penn State Berks and reconnect with faculty, staff and alumni you met while attending the campus. Berks alumni are invited to stop by the Alumni Tent, located by the Beaver Community Center, to pick up a free alumni gift and enjoy light refreshments. Register to attend. 30 – Ghost Stories Bus Trip to Gettysburg: Join paranormal researcher and writer, Charles J. Adams III, on a trip to ghostly Gettysburg. Cost is $55 per person. Includes visit to battlefield and free time in downtown Gettysburg. Lunch on your own. Bus will depart from the Berks campus at 7:30 a.m. and return by approximately 7:00 p.m. To order tickets, send your check, made payable to "Penn State Berks," to Ralph Tutlane, 948 Lancaster Ave., Reading, PA 19607. Please indicate the names of all of the people in your party when ordering tickets along with an email address and/or phone  number where you can be reached so that we can confirm your reservation.

5 – Nittany Lion and Santa Sighting, 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m., Janssen Conference Center. Crafts, coloring, and photos with the Nittany Lion and Santa. Cost TBD. Open to all children of PSU alumni (any campus) and children of PSU Berks students/faculty/staff, but advance registration is required. If you cancel your paid reservation for any event hosted by the Penn State Berks Alumni Society, Penn State Berks Office of Alumni Relations, Berks County Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association, or the Penn State Berks Blue & White Society, please note our refund policy below.

Cancel Prior to 45 days from event start date = 100% Refund

Cancel 45 days to 21 days prior to event start date = 50% Refund

Cancel less than 21 days prior to event start date = No Refund

All refunds will be processed after the event date.
