Biography
Dereka Bauscher serves Penn State Berks its assistant director of programming in the Office of Student Affairs. As the assistant director of programming, Bauscher advises the Campus Activities Board (CAB), serves as the primary point of contact for Welcome Week, and provides direct oversight for the Arts and Lecture series.
Bauscher holds B.A. in Studio Art from Lehigh University and M.A. in Student Affairs, and most recently served as the Student Success Specialist at Albright College.
