Financial Aid Appointments
To provide flexible and high-quality support, the Financial Aid team offers both virtual and phone appointments. Appointment availability is structured throughout the year and expands during peak periods to ensure students and families receive timely assistance.
For Prospective High School or Transfer Students
Prospective high school students and transfer students should schedule a Financial Aid Planning appointment through our Microsoft Bookings system.

Due to compliance guidelines, if a student is 17 years old or younger, a parent, guardian, or an adult 18 years or older must be present during the online video appointment. If an adult is not present during the appointment with a student, we will have to end the appointment and reschedule for a time when an adult will be available.
