Jackie Hollenbach

Jacqueline Hollenbach has more than 35 years of experience in medical devices, including R&D, manufacturing operations, process development, and corporate strategy. She has held several key roles with Teleflex, including vice president or research and development; vice president of corporate strategic development; senior director of product portfolio management; corporate strategic development; senior director of technical services; and director of plastics, equipment and tooling development. Prior to her work with Teleflex, she was plant manager at Arrow International.  In her current role as Vice President of Research and Development, she leads a global team of engineering and technical resources, primarily located in Wyomissing, Pa.  

Hollenbach holds a B.S in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State as well as an M.S. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University. She has several professional credentials including Six Sigma Champions Training, Statistical Process Control, Project Management, Quality Education, and more.  She is a member of the board of directors for the Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania as well as a member of the board for the Berks Innovation Collaborative – a consortium focused on growing the awareness of biotechnology in Berks County.
