Biography
Dr. Tami Mysliwiec is a microbiologist whose research focuses on water quality in freshwater lakes and streams of the Delaware River Watershed. Dr. Mysliwiec and her collaborators investigate how natural processes, and human activities influence freshwater ecosystems. A dedicated mentor, Dr. Mysliwiec, actively engages undergraduate students in hands-on research, guiding them in water sampling, data analysis, and fieldwork to better understand aquatic health. Through this work, students gain valuable scientific experience while contributing to efforts that protect and sustain clean water resources.
