As a student at Penn State Berks, you can enroll in one of our 20 baccalaureate degrees or in one of our 4 associate degree programs. You also have the opportunity to complete the first two years of more than 250+ baccalaureate degree programs offered by Penn State.
Penn State Berks sits on 258 beautiful acres in eastern Pennsylvania. The campus serves approximately 2,900 students (which includes over 800 living on-campus), offers NCAA Division III athletics and club sports teams, and over 40 student clubs and organizations. The campus is easily accessible from anywhere in eastern Pennsylvania, as well as neighboring states. Penn State Berks also offers special services to assist international students.
First-year students are those who have earned high school diplomas or the equivalent. These applicants include high school graduates attending other colleges or universities who have attempted fewer than 18 semester hours.
Transfer applicants are those who have earned high school diplomas or the equivalent and who have attempted at least 18 semester credits at other regionally accredited colleges or universities before enrolling at Penn State.
Adult learners could be: 24 years of age or older; a veteran of the armed services or an active duty service member; returning to school after four or more years of employment, homemaking, or another activity; or a person who assumes multiple adult roles.

Penn State Berks offers high school students the opportunity to take college courses on campus at a nearly 50 percent grant-in-aid. This enables students to get the college experience and earn college credits while still in high school.
