Biography
Zohra Melaouah-Shaffer is an associate teaching professor of foreign languages at Penn State Berks. She has a master's degree in French Linguistics. At the college, she teaches courses in the French language, Francophone cultures, international studies, and women's studies. In addition, she is chair of the Penn State Berks Global Studies program.
