WYOMISSING, Pa. — Visiting a college campus is one of the best ways for students to decide whether it’s the right place for them. Prospective students and their families will be able to do just that through the Penn State Berks "Make Your Mark" event, the largest event for students who have been admitted to Penn State Berks, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 25. This event will begin at the Beaver Athletics and Wellness Center and light refreshments will be provided. Attendees must register in advance.
This program will answer students’ questions and prepare them for the next steps to transition from high school to college. Breakout presentations will cover topics such as financial aid, the 2 + 2 program, housing and food services and more. There will also be student and family/ supporter question-and-answer panels.
This event will conclude with an optional campus tour with our Lion Ambassador student tour guides. Tours are approximately 60 to 90 minutes long and will take attendees through academic buildings, student center, campus bookstore and on-campus residence halls, where a sample room is available.
