
Biography
Keith Stamm is a seasoned education and workforce leader with 20 years of experience in career pathways, workforce development, and cultivating strategic partnerships.
As the Director of Workforce Development at the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA), Stamm develops and oversees programs addressing workforce priorities for employers in Berks County and key industry sectors. His leadership includes managing the healthcare and manufacturing industry partnerships in the Greater Reading region and leading GRCA’s National Talent Attraction Program.
Before joining GRCA, Stamm served as the director of counseling, advising, and career services at Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC), Lancaster Campus. In this role, he led student success and wellness strategies, along with enhanced advising models designed to improve student retention and completion. Prior to that, he was the career services director at Reading Area Community College where he focused expanding experiential learning opportunities and building stronger workforce partnerships.
Stamm holds a Master of Science in Training and Organizational Development/Adult Learning from Saint Joseph’s University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Alvernia University. He is certified as an MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory practitioner and has earned a Credential of Readiness (CORe) from Harvard Business School Online.
Stamm actively contributes to the community by serving on several educational, workforce, and non-profit advisory boards.
