Wachovia Urban Educational Scholarship
Purpose
The purpose of this scholarship shall be to provide recognition and financial assistance to outstanding undergraduate students majoring in education at Penn State Berks who are doing their practicum in the Reading School District, who have a minimum of a 3.25 grade point average, and who have a demonstrated need for funds to meet their necessary college expenses.
Eligibility
Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to all full-time undergraduate students majoring in education at Penn State Berks who have achieved superior academic records or who manifest promise of outstanding academic success, who are doing their practicum in the Reading School District, who have a minimum of a 3.25 grade point average, and who have a demonstrated financial need.
Amount of Award
The number of scholarships awarded and the amount of each shall be determined by the selection committee.
