IMPORTANT FOR SUBMITTING CRF FOR SPRING 2022: Please submit your completed and signed Penn State Berks Certification Request Form (CRF) via email to [email protected] for the Spring 2022 semester. DO NOT mail or drop off hard copies.
You must complete a Penn State Berks Certification Request Form EVERY semester you plan to use your Veterans Affairs (VA) Education Benefits at Penn State Berks. Please submit the form after you have registered.
Once you have completed your CRF and have been certified, if there are changes in your enrollment status (add/drop, withdrawal, change of major, etc.) you must report these changes to one of the Berks campus SCOs as they may affect your VA education benefits.
Please note that signed and completed CRFs and all required documentation must be received by our office no later than the first day of the semester to avoid assessing any late fees.
