THE CERTIFICATION REQUEST FORM FOR STUDENTS ATTENDING THE SUMMER 2025 SEMESTER IS NOW AVAILABLE ON LIONPATH!
You can access the form by going to your Student Home Base, selecting the “My Information” icon, and then “VA Enrollment Cert Request” in the menu. This form must be completed each term you wish to use VA Education benefits. If this is your first semester using benefits, you will be able to upload your Certificate of Eligibility at that time. If you have a Military Affiliated Student Questionnaire in your To Do list, you will need to complete this before the VA Enrollment Request form. This is a new electronic procedure in LionPath and the "paper" version of the CRF will no longer be processed. If you have any issues accessing the form, please reach out to a certifying official at Berks campus.
Once you have submitted your CRF and have been certified, if there are changes in your enrollment status (add/drop, withdrawal, change of major, etc.) you must report these changes to one of the Berks Campus SCOs as they may affect your VA education benefits.
Please note, CRFs and all required documentation must be submitted no later than the first day of the semester to avoid assessing any late fees. For more details, please visit the Bursar website and scroll to “Veterans Affairs Education Benefits (GI BILL).”
