Interdisciplinary Business with Engineering Studies

This degree is coming soon!

Do you have a brain for business as well as an interest in engineering? With the Penn State Berks B.S. in Interdisciplinary Business with Engineering Studies (IBE), you don't have to choose.

The program combines studies in both disciplines to create strategic thinkers who can recognize and resolve operational and technical challenges—making our IBE graduates valuable employees who can speak to both sides of an organization.

What Will I Study in IBE?

In addition to core coursework in business, engineering, engineering mathematics, and science, you'll choose a focus module tailored to your interests and career goals. Your options are Accounting/Finance; Energy Finance; Industrial Engineering; Manufacturing and Design; Product Design and Manufacture; Product Development; Operations and Supply Chain Management; Technical Sales; and Quality Control.
