Carol Toomey is a part time instructor of Public Speaking at Penn State Berks. Her teaching experience includes college public speaking courses, high school speech and English, and private and public communication disorders diagnosis and therapy. Her volunteer activities include active service to the Reading Branch of the American Association of University Women as Senior Girls Recognition Coordinator. Carol is Founder and Director of Rainbow Theatre, a performing group of elementary and secondary students, for the past 15 years.
