Guidelines for Submitting Job Request Sheet

  • When providing a due date, please note that Strategic Communications needs AT LEAST 2 weeks' notice on all projects to ensure on-time delivery. Submit your job request early enough to allow for those 2 weeks.
  • All copy must be provided by the requester.
  • Budget numbers must be in university long form.
  • Note that the due date is the date by which you need to have the printed materials in hand (also known as a "drop-dead date").
  • All projects above the $1,000 threshold will have to go through the Print portal process at University Park. This process can add up to 2 weeks for deliverables and all information in the following form is required to begin the process. Please contact us if you are unsure about your project meeting the price threshold that requires it to go through the Print portal.

This date must be a minimum of 2 weeks from today, excluding weekends. Due dates sooner than 2 weeks in the future cannot necessarily be honored.
Publisher documents are not accepted. Please convert to PDF.

NOTICE: Submission of this form does not finalize your request. The project cannot begin until ALL components of the print piece have been provided. This includes text copy, photos, and quantities.

REMINDER: Strategic Communications needs at least 2 weeks' notice on all projects to ensure on-time delivery. If you do not provide complete information for the project at the time of the request, Strategic Communications cannot begin working on it, delaying the project. If you need your project expedited, please contact Lisa Baldi at lrw6@psu.edu to discuss.

If you do not receive a confirmation email for your request within one hour of submission, your request was not successful. If this happens, please resubmit your request.
