Do you have an event or news that you'd like to share with the campus community? 

Submit a digital signage request to have a slide created and uploaded to the digital monitors across campus! Please request your signage three weeks or longer before your event to allow for adequate time to design and advertise your slide.

Already have signage created?

Use this form to upload your signage and the Strategic Communications Office will get it into rotation. But first, please make sure your signage is:

  • in landscape orientation and the correct aspect ratio.
    • Using PowerPoint? Select a slide size of 16x9
    • Using different design software? Set your dimensions at 1920x1080 pixels.
  • a PDF file. The system will also accept JPGs and PNGs, but prefers PDFs.
