The following measures will be used as indicators to understand the success of the goals and initiatives identified for this planning cycle. The College's Office of Institutional Research and Assessment will coordinate an annual report on the Strategic Plan Measures of Success with the assistance of appropriate College and University resources.

- Trends in Student Characteristics: At-Risk Students, Student Success Characteristics
- Student Participation in Curricular Initiatives outside of the Classroom: Includes Internships, Coop Experiences, Supplemental Instructors, Service Learning Experiences, Undergraduate Researchers, Tutors, Writing Fellows
- Graduation Rates
- Student Learning Outcomes Assessment: Assessment Plan Implementation, NSSE trends, Graduate and Employer Surveys
- Recruitment Issues: Trend Analysis of Applications, Paid Accepts and Offers; First-Choice Characteristics; Admitted Student Questionnaire findings; and High School Student Enrollment and Graduation Trends and Projections
- Percent of credits taught by full-time faculty, junior vs. senior faculty, tenure vs. non-tenure track faculty

- Enrollment Trends: Demographics, Enrollment in BK Degree Programs; Change of Assignment Trends, Continuing Education & Outreach Program Participation
- Retention Studies Results: Drop Out Studies; Persistence to Degree

- Student Satisfaction Surveys: Overall, Faculty Advising, Career Services, Academic Support Services, Quality of Life
