Berks Campus Scholarship Fund
Purpose
This fund was created in October 1978 by the former Penn State alumnae organization of Berks County, friends of the late Augustus S. Wertz, Class of 1917, and other interested alumni and friends of the Berks Campus to provide scholarships to outstanding undergraduate students enrolled at the Penn State Berks Campus, who have a proven need for funds to meet their necessary college expenses. The Berks County Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association, through their fund-raising efforts, has made significant contributions to this fund.
Eligibility
Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to all full-time undergraduate students enrolled at the Berks campus, who have achieved outstanding academic records and have financial need.
Amount of Award
Determined by the Penn State Berks Campus Scholarship Committee.
