Ike and Lisa Shibley Award for Outstanding Contribution to Science
Purpose
This award shall be to honor and recognize outstanding achievement by a junior or senior year undergraduate student, enrolled at the Penn State Berks Campus of The Penn State University, for their overall contribution to the betterment of science.
Eligibility
Consideration for this award shall be given to all full-time undergraduate students with a 5th semester standing or above, having completed at least 4 continuous semesters at the Penn State Berks Campus and maintaining a grade point average of at least 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale), who propose to earn a baccalaureate degree in Science at Penn State Berks.
Amount of the Award
There will be one award made, the amount of which shall be determined by members of the science division at Penn State Berks which includes members of the science faculty. Awards shall be made annually in accordance with the University endowment spending policy and shall conform to existing University policy.
