Solicitations
We have received reports of individuals representing themselves as Penn State Berks students soliciting book and magazine sales to support a theatre trip. Please be advised that these individuals are not Penn State Berks students. Our students do not solicit door to door.
The only Penn State sanctioned fundraiser is THON, the IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon held at Penn State University Park each year, and students support THON through canning weekends and other organized fundraisers. The largest student-run philanthropy in the world, THON benefits children with cancer and their families at Penn State Hershey Children?s Hospital through the Four Diamonds Fund.
