In honor of Women’s History Month, Penn State Berks will host a food demonstration with Jodi Greebel, a registered dietitian specializing in nutrition, at 7 p.m. March 23. Greebel will demonstrate how to cook a quick and healthy meal for college students on the go. Additional information, such as an ingredient list, will be available on the Arts & Lecture Series webpage and in the Facebook event. This food demonstration will be virtual, and it is free and open to the public.
Greebel has appeared on "Good Morning America," the CW morning news, radio stations across the country such as Radio Disney and CNN International, as well as numerous publications including Daily News, Chicago Tribune, Parenting, Parents, Cooking Light, and more.
She believes that food is one of the most enjoyable parts of life and works to make the process fun for everyone. Greebel graduated cum laude from Duke University with a bachelor's degree in biology and earned her master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from New York University.
