Mind Over Mountains lecture presents peak performance techniques

Extreme athlete and motivational speaker Sean Burch teaches audiences how to get in shape, both physically and professionally. Burch will present an inspiring lecture on Wednesday, February 4, 2015, at 7:30 p.m. in the Perkins Student Center Auditorium. This event is free and open to the public.

National Geographic has described Burch as ?one of the world?s top extreme adventurers.? Considering his impressive résumé of awards and multiple world-records, it?s easy to see how he has earned this distinction. Burch holds the record for the fastest crossing of Nepal, the fastest winter ascent of Mt. Fuji, and the fastest ascent of Mt. Kilimanjaro, just to name a few. In 2014, Burch, along with two other teammates, won National Geographic Channel?s Ultimate Survival Alaska TV show.

During his lecture, Burch will introduce new habits to the audience on how to achieve and perform at their highest levels both professionally and personally.

This presentation is part of the Penn State Berks Arts and Lecture series. For more information, contact the Office of Campus Life at 610-396-6076.
