Students volunteer at Vision Resource Center

Penn State Berks Applied Psychology seniors will be completing their community service project at the Vision Resource Center of Berks County's 3rd Annual Harvest Fest at the Vision Resource Center, 2020 Hampden Boulevard in Reading, on Saturday, October 18, 2014, from 9 a.m.?1 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.

The Vision Resource Center has served as an internship site for the college?s Applied Psychology students for several semesters, providing a unique and valuable experience. The Center is a nonprofit social services agency focusing on the prevention of blindness and helping visually impaired Berks County residents to lead independent and productive lives within their community.
