The 2014 Penn State Berks Engineering Design Challenge will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2014, in the Gaige Technology and Business Innovation Building. The competition is open to both high school and middle school teams. Check in for the competition will begin at 8:15 a.m., followed by a keynote presentation at 8:45 am. The actual competition will start at 9:30 a.m. and will conclude at 1:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided. There is a fee of $100 to enter a team of students in the Design Challenge to cover the cost of lunch and materials. The number of teams will be limited so early registration is encouraged.
