Melissa Kenzari, Communications Manager from Mars?Dove Chocolate Discoveries, will visit the Penn State Berks Business Communication course on Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2014, at 12:00 p.m., for an interactive lecture on social media, using a backchannel on Twitter and Facebook.
The course is taught by Catherine Dunning Catanach, APR, Program Coordinator for Communication Arts and Sciences. According to Catanach, the students will experience the difference between being a digital naive and hard skills necessary for communicating content on behalf of an organization. They will be using the dashboard HootSuite to syndicate posts on Facebook and Twitter and have created a backchannel for the event: #PSidoveU.
