For Danielle Moser, Administrative Support Assistant in the Humanities, Arts, and Sciences Division at Penn State Berks, the road to graduation has been a long and winding one. Moser will graduate on December 20, 2013, with a B.A. in Communication Arts and Sciences.
Moser earned her associate degree in Letters, Arts, and Sciences from Penn State Hazleton, and then she got married. Since her husband was enlisted in the Army, they traveled for the next 18 years, making returning to college difficult.
When her husband retired from the Army, he encouraged her to pursue her lifelong goal of earning a baccalaureate degree.
"Never underestimate the power of support,? states Moser. ?It can make all the difference!"
Moser has pursued her degree in Communication Arts and Sciences while working at Penn State Berks. She was a member of Lambda Phi Eta, the Communication Honor Society, during her time as a student.
