WYOMISSING, Pa. — The Penn State Berks global studies degree program will host a global forum with a presentation titled “Anatomy of Inflation: Local and Global” from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 14, in room 246, Gaige Technology and Business Innovation Building. The event is free and open to the public.
Sudip Ghosh, associate professor of business and chair of Penn State Berks business program, is the featured speaker for the forum. He will talk about the local and global impact of inflation and its causes. Ghosh will also discuss the issues that central banks face in trying to reduce inflation rates and if there are alternate ways to combat it.
