WYOMISSING, Pa. — Prospective students and their families are invited to a visitation program at Penn State Berks at 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, in the Perkins Student Center, located just off Broadcasting Road in Wyomissing. The event is part of the University's "Penn State Day" in which Penn State campuses throughout the state host visitation programs during the months of September and October. Attendees must register in advance.

From 9 to 10 a.m., students will hear an admissions and financial aid presentation followed by personal stories and experiences shared by Penn State Berks alumni. Then from 10 to 11 a.m., students will take a full campus tour with Lion Ambassador student tour guides.

This year, Penn State Day is embracing the Penn State Berks’ Homecoming theme, "Building Memories.” Attendees are invited to join the homecoming festivities following the program to begin creating lasting memories as prospective students. Homecoming features the homecoming court crowning ceremony, athletic events, a dance and more.

All students who attend Penn State Day, and have not yet applied, will have the $65 Penn State application fee waived.
