Berks to host Jan. 31 lecture on violence in Middle East, international law

Fegley, retired professor of history and politics at Penn State Berks and expert on the Middle East and international law, will offer his analysis of the ongoing Israel-Hamas war.

WYOMISSING, Pa. — The Penn State Berks global studies program will host a lecture titled “Israel and Palestine in the Context of International Law” from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 31, in Room 121, Gaige Technology and Business Innovation Building. The event is free and open to the public. 

Randall Fegley, retired professor of history and politics at Penn State Berks and expert on the Middle East and international law, will offer his analysis of the ongoing Israel-Hamas war. Fegley will also discuss how the larger conflict between Israelites and Palestinians fits under the principles of international law.
