WYOMISSING, Pa. — The Penn State Berks global studies program will host a global forum titled “Asking the World: Public Opinion Surveying in Developing Countries” from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. on Monday, April 8, 2024 in Room 121 of the Gaige Technology and Business Innovation Building. The event is free and open to the public.
Research analyst Elizabeth Weatherly will serve as the speaker of the global forum. Weatherly is an analyst for D3 Systems and has managed public opinion survey projects across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. Her work highlights research challenges in low and middle-income countries and provides insights for navigating political crises, nomadic populations, and governmental interference.
