WYOMISSING, Pa. — High school seniors and their families are invited to attend the Penn State Berks Spend a Summer Evening Tours from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17, or the Spend a Summer Morning Information Session from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Aug. 10.
The July 17 program includes a welcome from the Office of Admissions, followed by a one-hour tour of the campus with student Lion Ambassadors.
The Aug. 10 information session will feature an admissions and financial aid presentation. Attendees will learn about Penn State’s more than 275 degree programs, including the 24 baccalaureate and associate degrees that can be completed entirely at Penn State Berks. Attendees also will receive in-depth admissions/application instructions, and learn about academic research and internship opportunities, financial aid, student activities and athletics. After the presentation, students and families will have an opportunity to take a full campus tour with student Lion Ambassadors, and at the end of the tour will be invited to enjoy Penn State's famous Berkey Creamery ice cream.
All students who attend the Spend a Summer Morning Information Session will have their $65 Penn State application fee waived.
