Students can obtain their degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Penn State at the Berks Campus. This degree option also allows qualified students to apply for PreK-4 Pennsylvania Certification through the Pennsylvania Department of Education upon graduation. With this degree and by meeting additional testing requirements, students can also apply for an add-on certification for grades 5 and 6 through the Department of Education.
