The pop-up playground will include cardboard boxes, sheets and art supplies, giving children the chance to put their imaginations to work while also building cognitive and social skills.
The Flemming Creativity, Entrepreneurship and Economic Development Center, located within the Penn State Berks Gaige Technology and Business Innovation Building, will hold its biannual Creativity and Entrepreneurship Workshop on Nov. 11 for Reading School District students enrolled in the Penn State Educational Partnership Program. The goal of the program is to explore the concepts of creative thinking and entrepreneurship.

The Nittany Lion Shrine basks in the early morning sunlight on a crisp, autumn day. The shrine, cut from a 13-ton block of limestone by Heinz Warneke and Joseph Garatti, was dedicated in October of 1942 and celebrated it's 77th birthday Oct. 24.
