Penn State Berks junior Ja’nique Jules received the 2021 Fannie Lou Hamer and W.E.B. DuBois Service Scholarship award during Penn State’s Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Celebration on Jan. 15, 2021.
In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, Jan. 20, Penn State Berks students will volunteer in the local community and complete community service activities on campus in an effort to honor the life and legacy of the civil rights leader.
Penn State Berks will celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day by hosting a banquet on Monday, Jan. 20. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and dinner will begin at 6 p.m. in the Perkins Student Center Multipurpose Room.
