Internship Perspectives
Students pursuing the Bachelor of Science in Business at Penn State Berks choose to participate in one of three capstone experiences: undergraduate research, a collaborative business project, or a professional internship. A majority of our students choose the internship to obtain valuable industry experience while still in school.
Our Career Services staff has developed excellent relationships with local businesses in a variety of industries. We have placed student interns (often with pay) with organizations including: Excelon, Lockheed Martin, SEI, Vanguard Group, Wachovia Securities, Merrill Lynch, Berks Economic Partnership, Stratix Systems, Sovereign Bank, Waddell & Reed, PPL, City of Reading, and many others.
