Principles of Project Management is designed to equip students with the fundamental skills and knowledge necessary to successfully manage projects across various industries. This course covers the essential principles, methodologies, and tools used in project management to give you a competitive advantage to deliver on time, on budget, and within scope.
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
- Understand the role and responsibilities of a project manager.
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.

Meet the Instructor
Daral Woerle has been providing leadership, training, and consulting services to private businesses and government organizations for over 20 years. Daral has earned the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. In addition, he has developed and taught intermediate and advanced project management courses for private training companies and Penn State.
