College hosts Martin Luther King Jr. banquet on Jan. 24

Penn State Berks will host a banquet in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. on Jan. 24. The event will be held in the Perkins Student Center Multipurpose Room; doors open at 5 p.m., with dinner at 5:30 p.m. Attendance is free for the campus community but attendees must have a ticket in advance and seating is limited.

Amaral helps Berks Forensics Unit

College holds creative game programming workshop

The Flemming Creativity Entrepreneurship and Economic Development (CEED) Center at Penn State Berks will hold its third Creative Game Programing Workshop for Reading School District middle school students who are enrolled in the Penn State Educational Partnership Program (PEPP) from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dec. 20, in the Gaige Technology and Business Innovation Building.

Record setting year comes to a close at Trinity

The Penn State Berks women's soccer team saw its record setting 2016 season draw to a close with a 2-0 setback to No. 2 ranked Trinity (Texas) University in the NCAA Tournament Round of 16 on Nov. 19 at Paul McGinlay Soccer Field.
