Penn State University Libraries presented its fourth annual Undergraduate Research Award honors to 100 students at nearly all undergraduate Penn State campuses, including 96 current undergraduate students and recent graduates, four graduate students, two additional College of Medicine students and two collaborating faculty members.
Students and faculty judges worked together to make the 2021 Undergraduate Exhibition for Research, Inquiry, and Creative Activity another successful virtual event. More than 190 students across many academic fields University-wide presented their work.
Sophia Monteiro didn’t expect to attend Penn State at all, much less to complete two degrees. After completing an associate's degree at Schuylkill campus her academic journey brought her to Berks, where she will graduate with a degree in elementary and early childhood education on May 8.
The Office of Continuing Education at Penn State Berks will hold a virtual adult learner information session beginning at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 9. Attendees must register in advance and then they will receive an email with Zoom information.
