Brandon Chang, senior mechanical engineering major from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, has been named the 2020 recipient of the Eric A. and Josephine S. Walker Award.
Gabriela “Gabby” Gonzalez Magana is a Penn State senior majoring in computer engineering with a concentration in robotics. She emigrated to the United States from Mexico in 2011 at the age of 13. “Now, I am making plans to graduate with a B.S. in computer engineering from Penn State in December 2020 and want to earn a Ph.D. and work in industry," Magana said.
The Resilient Resumes team took third place in the Nittany AI Challenge, held at Penn State University Park campus on September 10, 2019. The team received $5,000 from Nittany AI Alliance for their web application designed to walk the user through the resume creation process.
