Last week, Penn State’s Food Services launched Penn State Eats mobile ordering. The new mobile ordering system, integrated through the recently launched Penn State Go app, under the Dining tab. The new mobile ordering app allows students, faculty, staff and guests the option to order food from their mobile devices, providing them with a cashless and contactless food service experience.

Move-in Day and Welcome Weekend looked a bit different at Penn State Berks as strategies were put in place to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
While most residential students left Penn State Berks for spring break on March 6, expecting to return to campus and the residence halls on March 16, some were unable to leave for a variety of reasons, including distance.
With Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf’s announcement today (May 22) of additional counties moving to yellow phase over the next two weeks, students residing in those counties can now begin scheduling a move-out date from their on-campus residence halls. A number of Penn State campuses will also begin scheduling students for move out.

Penn State students who commute to campus or live in on-campus apartments have a convenient option for grabbing a meal or a snack: the Commuter Meal Plan. The plan, which is charged to the student account, has recently been expanded to three levels and is now offered at additional Penn State locations.
