The Global Studies degree program’s "Global Oscars Comes to Berks," Penn State Berks will present its fourth and final film, “Loveless,” at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, in Room 5 of the Luerssen Building.
This November, as part of the Penn State Berks 60th anniversary celebration, the college will take a look back at its global footprint over the past six decades through “Pause for Paws: 60 Years of Cultural Exchange.”

David Tell, associate professor of communication at the University of Kansas and a co-founder of the Emmett Till Memory Project, will visit Penn State Berks to present “Remembering Emmett Till” from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. Nov. 5 in the Multipurpose Room in the Perkins Student Center.
As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, Penn State Berks will hold a variety of events on campus from Nov. 12 to 16. The college has several lectures planned for aspiring student entrepreneurs and two events are open to the public.
Two Penn State Berks alumni sisters have started a "Curly Sisterhood" — but Curly Sisterhood is about much more than hair. The founders want their "curly sisters" to embrace their heritage and natural beauty and not feel pressured to follow the societal archetype.
